Do your apartments have guest parking?

While there is parking for all of our renters at our apartments, guest parking at all properties is limited.

Do any locations have a pool?

Most of our properties have no pools or hot tubs, however, one of our properties, the Commodore Resort and Apts. in Treasure Island Florida does have a pool, as well as many other recreational facilities.

Are there quiet hours at any of your properties?

Our apartments do have quiet hours from 9PM until 5AM.

How long can a guest stay over for at one of your houses and apartments complexes?

If you have a guest, they have the ability to stay with you for a total of up to 14 consecutive days for the year.

How long are leases offered by GDI properties, Inc.?

At most of the properties that we own, residents usually sign 1 Year leases.

Are heat and utilities included at your properties?

While gas and utilities are included at a number of our properties, they are not included with rent at all of them. To find out which of our apartments and houses come with heating and utilities included in the rent, please see our apartments and houses.

Are your apartments pet friendly?

Yes, with an initial pet deposit and a $25 monthly fee. Both dogs and cats are allowed at our apartments, however renters are allowed only one pet per unit.
